I bought this today for our front door. It's an old iron door knocker and still works perfectly, I'm totally in love with it. Bringing part of The Alps to my little part of London :)
I finally have my very own cuckoo clock thanks to my mum. I'm so in love with it as it reminds me of growing up in Germany and being close to The Alps. Like a child I find myself waiting on the hour for the little cuckoo to appear. I think this could be the start of a mini collection (hears the boyfriend sigh!).
I created some illustrations to be etched into handmade wooden salon brushes for the UK brush specialists, Kent Brushes. The etching quality is fantastic. These brushes are available to buy from Kent Brushes.
It was my birthday recently and I wanted to share some of the lovely gifts I received. The two geishas are salt n pepper shakers and the the white matoyoska dolls are measuring cups! Still waiting for an occasional to use my gorgeous new tea set.
I wanted to share some illustrations by a fantastic illustrator called Noma Bar who I really admire. He creates his illustrations using negative space and his work always has a strong messages. The large white cat with the small cat and mouse in it's mouth is my favorite. Enjoy!
