Some lovely friends recently bought me and my partner this fantastic framed Walthamstow sign. Walthamstow is the area of London that we live in (and love) and the print is actually made from old vintage playing cards (1930s I think). It's so beautiful that I wanted to share it. Enjoy!

Is this beautiful - you are lucky. We used to live in Leyton, just down the road from Walthamstow. Absolutely loved it there and often wonder why we moved away from London. Loving your blog - a real "find". Elaine, Ellie's Treasures
Yes we know Leyton, very close by. We often toy with the idea of leaving London but I know we would miss Walthamstow. I'm glad you like me blog :)
